Governance of work is a set of rules and institutions that regulate the functioning of labour relations. To strengthen this regulatory framework facing the challenges in the world today, it is required to: -Promote ILO’s principles and fundamental rights. -Strengthen collective negotiation and capacities of labour inspection of the States. -Create institutionalized spaces of tripartite Social Dialogue.
